Terms of Service
These terms describe platform responsibilities, photographer responsibilities, and customer print order rules.
Platform role
The platform provides SaaS tools, storefront infrastructure, checkout infrastructure, storage, and workflow support for photographers.
Print order seller
For photographer print orders, the photographer is the seller of record. The platform does not act as seller of record and does not take commission on print sales.
Separate platform billing
Setup fees, subscriptions, storage upgrades, and future add-ons are billed separately to photographers as SaaS billing.
